Jessica Lo currently serves as CFO, Global Capital Market Division Head, and is a member of the Management Committee of China Market Research Group (CMR). She has rich research and management experience in the security investments, asset management, and investment consulting sectors. Lo has international investment vision, has conducted in-depth research on domestic and foreign security & capital markets, and has extensive experience in team development and management.

Lo served as Senior Financial Analyst and Assistant Vice President at State Street Bank in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, and served as Senior Investment Manager of Investment Banking at CLSA, responsible for overseas IPO and M&A of Chinese companies, facilitating Chinese companies' IPOs in Hong Kong and overseas. Lo has also helped with M&As in Japan, Europe, America, and other countries and regions.

Lo graduated from Renmin University of China with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics and has a Master's degree (MS) in International Finance from Boston College. Lo also holds the CFA qualification.
