New York Times Interviews Shaun Rein

New York Times business columnist Joe Nocera interviews CMR MD Shaun Rein on Olympics sponsorship. CMR found in interviews with Chinese consumers that they are more concerned with long-term brand image than with official sponsorship when buying products and services. Moreover, CMR found that many consumers were confused as to who the actual sponsors were despite the hundreds of millions of dollars spent on marketing campaigns.
